This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you and
Go4Funding, LLC and applies to the services available through Go4Funding.com (collectively
the "Services"). If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions
of this Agreement, please do not use or access the Services.
In this Agreement, "you" or "your" means any person or entity
subscribing to and/or using the Services ("Users"). Unless otherwise stated,
"Go4Funding," "we", "our", or “site” will
refer collectively to Go4Funding, LLC.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING USE, CONDITIONS, AND DISCLAIMERS IN THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY
BEFORE USING OUR MATERIAL.
About Go4Funding
Go4Funding, LLC is a Texas-based limited liability company that was created with
the intention of uniting entrepreneurs and investors from around the world. By creating
and designing an effective online community for our registered members to interact,
we are able to meet the demands of both entrepreneurs and investors in making wise
financial decisions. In addition, we offer a plethora of online resources to our
members, including educational tools, forums, and user rating of content, where
we can successfully match together new entrepreneurs and existing business owners
with investors worldwide. Likewise, investors can find thousands of investment opportunities
in their fields of interest.
You must read, agree with, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained
in this Agreement before you use any of the Go4Funding services.
Registration
Registration is not required in order to view or access any of the existing content
on the Go4Funding website. However, in order to partake in various Go4Funding online
services, such as posting financial requirements, replying to existing posts, interacting
among members of forum(s), and/or submitting any other online content, you must
become a registered member. Currently, registration is free of charge to users of
Go4Funding who wish to become active participants in daily postings and replies.
Go4Funding reserves the right to change or modify the registration policy at any
given time, which may include implementing a monthly service charge for members.
You will be required to submit accurate information during the registration process.
If at any time we believe that some or all of the information given is inaccurate
or untrue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account as well as
all current and future use of our services. In addition, Go4Funding also reserves
the right to deny you a username if it is already registered, protected by intellectual
property laws, and/ or is offensive towards other Go4Funding community members.
During registration, each member is required to submit their e-mail address and
other personal information. This is the e-mail account that will be used for any
correspondence between you (the registered member) and Go4Funding officers and/or
you and other online community members. Each member is discouraged from abusing
their membership privileges and from sending e-mails with inappropriate content,
including, but not limited to, mass e-mail (spam) or other correspondence that contain
irrelevant, repetitive, incorrect, or offensive content. For more information regarding
membership conduct, please read the section titled “Membership Obligation
and Conduct” that follows this segment.
Membership Structure and Fees
Go4Funding is currently offering registeration services for free. However, Go4Funding
has adopted the following membership structure for other services. Go4Funding reserves
the right to change the structure and fees at any time with or without sufficient
notice.
Regular Membership - Free membership. Users can browse all posts, reply
to private messages, and use other features like adding favorites, bulletins, etc.
However, regular membership users will be restricted to contact other members.
Premium Membership - $25 for 30 days. With this membership, users will
have access to an investor directory and can initiate up to five(5) contacts per
day, in addition to all the features available with Regular Membership. Users will
still be subject to our terms and conditions regarding spamming (sending same message
to multiple users is considered spamming. See our policy regarding users who indulge
in spamming).
Regular Listing/post
Go4Funding will list your funding request or related needs for free. Users can activate
and deactivate their posts at any time. Until the post is reviewed, the post will
remain deactivated. If a post is edited after it is activated, it will be deactivated
and reviewed again for the changes.
Featured Listing/post
Go4Funding offers their members an opportunity to gain even more exposure of their
listings/funding requests. For just $25.00 (US), a listing can be featured on the
Go4Funding home page for seven days. Once a request is posted, it will be reviewed
and activated if it meets the Go4Funding guidelines. The seven days will be calculated
from the date of activation. After the seven days, the published request will be
automatically returned to the pool of standard posts; however, it will always have
a “Featured Listing” tag to distinguish it from regular posts. If a post is edited
after it is activated, it will be reviewed again for the changes. Until the post
is reviewed, the post will remain deactivated. However, the Featured Listing period
will always be calculated from the first activation after the payment was made.
Acceptable Posts
Go4Funding reserves the right to accept or reject any posts at its own discretion.
The decision of Go4Funding in such matters will be final and is not open to appeal.
If your post is rejected, then any applicable fees will not be refunded unless the
payment was made within 24 hours of rejection.If your post was accepted initially
but rejected later due to changes made after initial acceptance, then any applicable
fees will not be refunded unless the payment was made within 24 hours of rejection.
Check the refund policy for all other cases.
Refund Policy
At Go4Funding we make all the efforts to ensure that all registered users have a
good experience in using the site. Users who register for Premium membership by
paying the applicable fees can request a full refund within first 24 hours of payment.
After the first 24 hours, we will not be able to refund any membership fees. This
No-refund policy will be enforced without any exceptions.
Member Obligation and Conduct
Go4Funding takes safety and privacy of all of its users seriously; therefore, registered
members and visitors of Go4Funding are subject to the following terms of use:
All active users must be 18 years and older to access this site. Only one user ID
per individual will be granted. The unique user ID and password will enable the
user to access the Services; therefore, they will be the only person who is authorized
to use the account and will be held responsible for all activities under their account.
Account access can only occur on one computer at any given time. Users who believe
that there is unauthorized activity on their account should contact
Go4Funding immediately.
When you register with Go4Funding, you are agreeing to disclose information that
can be accessible by third parties. Therefore, members are strongly encouraged to
be cautious when disclosing any personal information. Members should also avoid
using public computers when accessing their account and are encouraged to completely
logout of their account to avoid unauthorized access. In addition, members are not
allowed to abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate, or intimidate other users of the
Go4Funding community.
You may not use Go4Funding to conduct illegal or unauthorized activities, including,
but not limited to, any unsolicited advertising, chain letters, or spam. International
users must also agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and
acceptable online subject matters.
You are solely responsible for your conduct as well as any text, links, or other
information ("Content") that you submit, post, and/or display on the Go4Funding
website. You are prohibited from modifying, adapting, or hacking into the Go4Funding
website or other online sites that falsely imply that it is associated with Go4Funding.
You must not, under any circumstances, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including,
but not limited to, intellectual property laws) when using the Go4Funding website.
Membership to Go4Funding increases an entrepreneur’s chance to raise capital
and active investors to find prospective investment opportunities. Any business
deal between parties, whether it is a sale or purchase of an investment, is considered
to be a private transaction solely between the entrepreneurs and investors without
the approval, participation, or authorization of Go4Funding.
Go4Funding periodically publishes materials from staffed writers that should be
used for educational purposes only. These materials are not used for endorsement
and may not necessarily reflect the opinions and views of any or all of the Go4Funding
staff.
Go4Funding is not a securities broker or dealer, an investment advisor, or part
of a national securities exchange; therefore, it is not registered with the Securities
and Exchange Commission or any state regulation securities establishment. Go4Funding
is an independent limited liability company that provides an online platform for
entrepreneurs and investors alike to make wise, independent business decisions.
In no manner does Go4Funding engage in the negotiations between buyers and sellers,
receive paid compensation for such activities, or is involved in the buying and
selling of securities.
Allowed Materials
Registered members of Go4Funding can upload images and videos in specific
formats with their postings. However, users are strictly prohibited from using copyrighted,
pornographic, and offensive content. For more information regarding acceptable and
unacceptable member postings, please read “Posting/Requests” and “DMCA
Guidelines” that are found below.
Postings/Requests
Go4Funding is under no obligation to review or validate any messages, information,
or content ("Postings") that has been posted on the website by registered
users and assumes no responsibility or liability relating to any such postings.
However, Go4Funding officers may, from time to time, monitor the postings on the
site and remove any activities or entries that contain:
Unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene,
profane, hateful, racial, ethnic, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind,
including, but not limited to, any material which encourages conduct that would
constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate
any applicable local, state, national, federal, or international law.
Go4Funding may also reserve the right to remove any advertisements or solicitations
of any kind, posted messages by users impersonating others, inappropriate personal
information such as social security numbers, account numbers, addresses, or employer
references, and/or messages made by non-authorized spokespersons purporting to speak
on behalf of Go4Funding. In addition, messages that offer unauthorized downloads
of any copyrighted materials or private information, multiple messages placed within
individual folders by the same user restating the same point, and chain letters
of any kind will also be removed.
Furthermore, when posting online content, registered users should make sure that
there is:
- No excessive use of capital letters
- No personal requests or non-profit requests without return on investment,
- No business advertisements or services of competitors
- No disclosure of equity, percent shares, share rates, etc
- Posts with Pornography, adult or mature content and adult-oriented dating and companionship
services such as mail-order brides
- Business promoting gambling, involves sale of tobacco or tobacco related products or alcohol to persons under
twenty-one years of age, or otherwise violates applicable law
- Business involved in sales of weapons or ammunition (e.g. firearms, firearm components,
fighting knives, stun guns)
Go4Funding reserves the right to decline any posting that is believed to be inappropriate
or violates posting guidelines.
Search engines and web crawlers
The information that is posted on Go4Funding is routinely indexed by search
engines and web crawlers (like Google, MSN, Yahoo, etc.). Therefore, when an online
search is conducted, the information posted might show up in search results. This
will increase the visibility of their posting to potential investors and throughout
the World Wide Web. If you do not wish your posting to be made publicly available,
then do not post any funding requests in the site.
Forward-Looking Statements
Go4Funding may contain certain forward-looking statements throughout the
website. Forward-looking statements are words or phrases that may mislead readers
into believing that an action or event may come true. Such words include “may,”
" predict," "will," "intend," etc. Due to the fact
that forward-looking statements do not guarantee any claim that is made, they can
be associated with a negative degree of risk and uncertainty. Users must take extra
caution when responding to any requests or postings that contain forward-looking
statements.
Linked Internet Sites
Go4Funding is not responsible for the content or technical troubles found on other
internet sites that are linked to the Go4Funding website. Access to any other internet
sites and/or information linked to the site is at the user's own risk.
DMCA Guidelines
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act or DMCA, Go4Funding
encourages all copyright infringement claims to be made in writing. Any registered
user or visitor to the Go4Funding website who believes they are a victim of copyright
infringement should notify the Go4Funding DMCA agent immediately.
If you are the copyright owner or an agent acting on behalf of the copyright
owner, please provide us the following information:
1.The description of the probable copyright infringement material(s),
2.Any information that can assist Go4Funding agents to properly pinpoint the information,

No Warranties
Go4Funding does not endorse false information and will not be held responsible for
any degree of accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made
through the site by any party other than Go4Funding. Other than what is required
under consumer protection law, under no circumstance will Go4Funding be liable for
any loss or damage caused by a user's reliance on information obtained through the
site. It is the responsibility of the user to properly evaluate any obtained information,
including data, opinions, advice, or other content for accuracy, completeness, or
usefulness. We stand only by our original materials and do not verify the validity
of claims made by our members or their posted online content; therefore, we encourage
users to seek the advice of professionals, including attorneys, advisors, and accountants
when appropriate, regarding the evaluation of any specific information that is suspected
to be untrue or misleading.
Go4Funding will use reasonable efforts to rectify any errors that occur on our website
but cannot guarantee access to the site in the case of software errors, viruses,
or other natural or technical catastrophes that cannot be repaired in spite of reasonable,

Go4Funding will use adequate efforts to keep the website functional at all times.
However, users must understand that scheduled maintenance and technical problems
that are out of the control of Go4Funding can cause delays with access to the site

The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the site are the sole property
of Go4Funding. Since all content on the site is protected by intellectual property
law, registered users and visitors are prohibited from using any content or images

Go4Funding reserves the right to withdraw the membership of users whom we suspect
have violated this Agreement and membership guidelines. We also reserve the right
to withdraw the complete site, if necessary, without notice.
Limitation of liability
Go4Funding specifically disclaims any liability (whether based in contract, tort,
strict liability, or otherwise) for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or
personal damages arising out of or in any way connected with access to or use of
the site. In addition, Go4Funding officers and staff are not liable for any indemnities
of the Terms of Agreement and subscribed services (even if Go4Funding had been advised
of the possibility of such damages), including the liability associated with any
viruses which may infect a user's computer equipment. Go4Funding’s maximum
liability arising out of or in connection with your use of its services and site,
regardless of the cause of action (whether in contract, tort, breach of warranty,
or otherwise), will not exceed your subscription fee, if any.
