Description:
Several months ago I came up with an idea and submitted it to Davison. After paying the upfront fee of $500 their outlook was positive and felt my idea is worth pursuing; $10,000 is needed to make a prototype. Presently I am on EI or unemployment Insurance here in Canada.
Last week I received a letter from my contact at Davison stating that if I do not come up with this money soon the project will be shelved: I cannot afford this. Let me rephrase that. The general public cannot afford to have me shelve this idea as my idea is intended to save lives.
With the above stated, my concern is for the public safety and the desire to get my idea to the market. Granted there is the monetary gain, but I am willing to sell my idea and give up all rights of ownership to an individual or company willing to see this project through for the above and obvious stated reasons.
I have searched the Internet for investors and found that I must join company XYZ before I can submit my idea for consideration. I find this frustrating. I hope that by contacting your company we can discuss my idea in confidence and explore my options.
I can provide you with the necessary documents from Davison stating their objective and desire to get this ida to teh market.
