Looking to open Mechanic shop/ eventual chain potential

Description:
I have been in the Automotive business for nearly 15 years in every capacity from tech to parts sales and have intimate knowledge of what it takes to run a successful auto shop. I have been working from home as a mechanic and been profitable, but lack the advertising funds to grow the business beyond that. I have a lead on a shop I can rent, I just need to have the initial budget for an advertising campaign to get it off the ground as well as to secure the supplies and equipment to operate the business. I also need to be able to secure a minimum wage for my employees I would need to hire. I plan to start in a 3-4 bay shop with 2-3 employees and then begin opening more shops throughout the area to create name recognition and therefore help secure a future for my business. My credit rating is poor due to student loans and the fact that I was out of wok for a few months last year so a loan is not realistic, though certainly welcome, but I am open to private investors helping me get this off the ground.
