We are a 8 years old Start Up Biotech company that have been received Government fundings for the past sevveral years. However, with the loss of both our parents on late Cancer Discovery by a delaying/ misdiagnosis past couple years, we have working on Cancer Self Test Kits (Breast Cancer, Colon Cancer, Lung Cancer) that are very affordable to anyone who is suspected they might have Cancers but HMO Kaiser Physicians refused to offer an appropriate CT-scan (even though it only costed 300 dollars) as they'd rather being cheap on their members' lives.
So for that being said, our company recently are offered a new fundings that they would match the amount of new investor fundings. Therefore, we are now looking for either a 9-12 months investors or a long term investors for this new project. For a short term investor, there'd be buying back stock shares after the contract term is ended with an addition of profit interest added in. The current interest is 1% for 50K. We could offer a lot higher returns compared to the current banks offer for our new short term investors.
For the long term investors, you would definitely have different options that would be discuss at length once you sign up the contract agreement.

The CEO/ President is a MIT graduated and our company has survived so long on Government Fundings but now we want to expand and produce our products to the market.
