Seeking funding for dual for profit and non profit research station that will be based in the Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica. By implementing low impact development the research station will exhibit exemplary green building and use sustianable energy to function. As a prime spot for bio diversity, partnerships will be made with local and foreign universities, organizations, and institutions. Partners will be able to use the research station in an effort to understand conservation methods that need to be employed in the region. Researchers must mentor a native Costa Rican as a research assistant in order to foster stewardship of their own precious natural resources. A small eco lodge will house tourists who wish to witness the research and take part in understanding the work that is being conducted. Funding is needed for land purchase, fees, permits and building materials.
