Description:
Seeking two million ( $ 2,000,000 ) for incorporation of new biotechnology company, finding chief scientist, setting up lab, and starting R&D on first product. More product ideas in pipeline.
Very much need directors for corporate board with heavy biotech, genetics or molecular biology qualifications though with no connections to potential competitors. I have a biotech incubator in mind and medical advisors in mind. Also have a backup plan for another biotech incubator in case the deal with the first choice does not work out. Also I am networking for additional technical advisors.
I have prospects for second round financing already. It is the seed funding that is a problem though I am looking at solutions for that too.
