We went out on a limb, and the tree broke! Investor needed

What a year! Our Company is 9 years old, and has shown steady growth for all 9 years.(Yearly sales approx 4Mil.)

Last year, I decided to mess with a good thing, trying my luck at a retail based parts stores to service the lawn and garden Industry. We opened 5 retail stores, and they were doing well, until consumer spending went in the tank. I was forced to close 3 of the retail locations, and a forth is in jeopardy.

Our core business (Internet sales) is as strong as ever, but money spent on the expansion have greatly diminished cash / credit lines, and has been quite detrimental to the company's and my personal credit score.

We have reluctantly had to lay off over 25 employees until I can get this mess fixed. We have tried Bank / SBA options without and luck.
