Description:
The Ribcage BBQ House of Smoke is a start-up business seeking funding to open a restaurant in NE Tarrant County, TX. We will be the only BBQ restaurant with Louisiana side dishes. I am a culinary student at Le Cordon Bleu in Dallas. We will serve Texas style bbq and Louisians sides dishes as well as Cajun/Creole daily special. I believe our concept is very unique, this is the reason we believe our restaurant is the best investment for your money. We plan on expanding in the future with other restaurant. Upon graduating from Culinary School we plan on opening a classical Cajun/Creole Cuisine. We pray that you would consider being part of our history.
