Description:
I have an invention I have submitted for patent filing and have been pursuing and working with for the last 10+ years. I was able to finance half of my payment to them for all the technical work drawings and descriptions. I owe around 5000.00$ to have my invention submitted to the US Patent Office. Once that is completed it will enter into an automatic (patent pending) status allowing me to offer for sale my invention. I have acquired many prospective clients over the last 10+ years and will disclose those details along with the exact description of my invention to my Angel Investor; I have a working confidentiality agreement tied to the file number at my patent attorneys office. This investment will not be for a monthly or otherwise payback agreement, rather will be dependent on subsequent sale and agreed upon percentage given the high value of said invention.

I am a professional inventor and as of right now my areas of focus are Telecom, Automotive, and Computer sectors. The prospective investor will have the option to jump on-board an array of contracts if they assist me on this first venture, and like what I have to offer.
