ENJOY NIGERIA MONTHLY JOURNAL.

VISION.

The vision of the Enjoy Nigeria monthly journal is to become the most

widely read material in Nigeria and the world, within the next five years.

MISSION.

Our mission is as follows;

- to unleash the great business opportunities in Nigeria,
- to provide creative and innovative solutions to the problems of nigerians,

Nigeria and the world,
- to make people in Nigeria and the world enjoy everything about nigeria.

THE PRODUCTS/SERVICES.

Enjoy Nigeria monthly journal will be a 32 page journal made of newsprint

paper..

The journal will be a unique platform that investigates the problems people

face in their lives, career, relationship , business and society and will offer

solutions to these problems by carrying out investigative reporting and

critically reflecting on these problems to provide solutions to them.

We will identify people who have weaknesses and turn their weaknesses

into strengths. We hope to encourage our readers to gather their

intellectual resources together and provide solutions to their society's

problem, rather than wait for the government to do so.

Other services we will offer include;
- organization of pay seminars,
- production of audio cds and vcds on our empowerment/info products,
- production/creation of our official website,
- production of empowerment books/resource material,
- management services, especially for upcoming musicians and other

creative acts,
- event/entertainment packaging.

We hope to own a radio and cable t.v station within the next 5 to 10 years

respectively.

Enjoy Nigeria will definetly venture into these sectors; real estate, health

care services, agro - allied business, education, travel and tourism.

target market can br found in scholls, tertiary institutions, churches, super

markets, restuarants, bars, public and private offices, companies,

markets, hotels etc.

3. Pricing strategy: The journal will sell for N100 each copy (i.e an average

price of $1 USD). The audio cds will sell for N150/cd ($1 USD/cd) and the

vcd will sell for N250/vcd ($1.7 USD/vcd). Our books will sell for

N500/book ($3.33 USD/book). Our seminars will cost, N5,000/seminar,

($33.33 USD).

4. Sales strategy: We will sell our products and services to our potential

customers, collect their names, numbers and addresses to encourage

them to buy our subsequent products and thank them for buying our

products. We will also carry out a monthly survey to know what type of

information our readers need so we can provide solutions to those needs.

We will also collect 10 names and phone numbers from our customers to

increase the number of our potential customers.

5. Advertising strategy: We will print and distribute flyers/handbills to

inform and encourage our customers or would be customers to buy our

products/services. We will also place adverts in major radio stations in

Lagos, Nigeria.

We will send business proposals to small, medium and large

industries/companies/businesses to advertise their products/services to

our target market.

FINANCIAL PLAN.

We need about N3,000,000.00 ($20,000 USD) to start our business. Sice

we can not raise this huge amount, we have decided to approach a leasing

micro - finance bank to lease us some equipments to start the business in

march, 2010. We have about N300,000.00 ($2,000 USD).

The money is needed for the following;

- registration of the company,
- office accomodation
- office furniture,
- publishing/printing of 10,000 copies,
- advertising (flyers/handbills and radio jingles),
- laptop, desktops and internet access,
- stationaries,
- website,
- organization of monthly seminars.

FINANCIAL PROJECTION.
sale of 10,000 copies * N100 = N1,000,000. ($6,666.66 USD).
Sale of 10,000 audio cds * N150= N1,500,000. ($10,000 USD).
Sale of 10,000 vcds * N250= N 2,500,000. ($16,666.66 USD).
Seminars *100 persons*N5,000= N500,000. ($3,333.33 USD).

Total amount to be made in one month is N5,500,000.00 ($36,666.66

USD).

We can experience some losses, therefore we can make at least one -

third of the total projected profit, which is N1,800,000.00 ($12,000 USD).

EXIT STRATEGY.

The income we make will be invested in other ventures that can increase

or multiply our income. They include;

- other business opportunities,
- fixed bank deposits,
- federal government bonds,
- stocks/shares,
- insurance,
- patents,
- royalties,
- real-estate,
- mutual bonds.

When the company/business idea becomes successful, we could sell it to

the highest bidder and make a huge profit for ourselves and other

investors of the company.
