Description:
I started an youth marketing agency, which specializes in trends and insights pertaining to young black urban youth. This comes out of a need for most corporations which view this segment as their primary market to understand their lifestyle, consumption and how to communicate their brands to them. We have created a social network after researching that music is a number one activity within ages 14 to 30, and using that as a tool that groups consumers on our website, incentivizing opinion leaders such as artists and djs to invoke word of mouth. Through this and other external activities which include qualitative and quantitative research, observations and social photography, we are able to compile reports which could be presented to corporates and sold to them at a fee. While offering opportunities for advertising sales, not only creating employment opportunities but providing a much needed service for companies who target the youth as primary consumers of their brands. Included in that is a community involvement program, which will be our primary CSI, aimed at developing youth talent in townships, through entrepreneurship skills. Thus any related revenue we generate, a portion will be dedicated to our community program.
But all of this requires IT infrastructure, from a dedicated server, short code SMS system and monthly operational costs, bringing the amount to R125 000.

I offer 30% of the business for the required investment, the investor can be either an active or silent partner, we can also negotiate an exit strategy should the investor require one (a buy-out at a later stage).
