My company is in the beginning stage of a national rollout. We are raising 3.5M. The website is very unique in the fact that there is no other website that does what we're doing. The website features high school sports and academic events live on the internet along with tape delayed video of 1000's of events. Based now just in Wisconsin we are ready, after 2 1/2 years of creating the business model here in Wisconsin, to take the site national.
The initial objectives of Preps On The Net are as follows:
1. To raise seed capital to fund the expansion of the POTN program for 3 years in the first stage of national growth.
2. Plan for national growth by state to begin in year 2010-2011.
3. POTN to have a presence with affiliate partners in 10 states plus Wisconsin by the end of three year period.
4. Obtain 25% saturation of the initial target states (3+ states not including Wisconsin) in a 3 year period.
5. To increase our Website viewership to 150,000 viewers per month within one year and expand to 1,000,000 viewers per month within three years.
6. Expand marketing programs utilizing our media content to sell to regional and national media companies to use via their delivery channels (Web, radio, streaming media, mobile phone, iPod) and at any time (on demand or real-time).
7. To increase advertising and sponsorship sales to be our main source of revenue to sustain the company by our fourth year.
Business Plan is complete and available. The investment offering to be ready by March 22, 2010.
