Description:
The website I am interested in buying has been established since 2004 and through advertising on the site, makes 5000+ a month. Last month it made 7k and has a projected revenue of 9k for December. The site has not been advertised commercially and has gained its following from a grassroots effort. I feel that with a dedicated advertising program the profits could increase exponentially. I am confident as I have a background in web advertising. I would be glad to show the figure sheets and statistic to anyone who is serious and willing to sign an NDA agreement. The current owner would like to have the deal wrapped up by the 24th of December, 09.
I am looking for someone who would either like to loan the money and have it paid off with interest over a reasonable period or someone who would like to have me administrate the website and receive a split of the profits for the time that the website is successful. The chances of the website staying useful and successful are extremely high and I would strongly suggest the 2nd option.
