We are looking for an investor to help us take our property video marketing company in Johannesburg, South Africa to the next level. We are the first and only property marketing company in Johannesburg to specialise in marketing all of our properties for sale using video. We specialise in the filming, editing and advertising of the property videos for estate agents and private sellers.

We have been established for over 2 years, but lack the funds needed to advertise and educate estate agents and the public about the many benefits that video offers.

When searching for property videos (and related searches) in google.co.za we are ranked number one. Every person that we talk to about our concept loves it, but we cannot visit everyone face to face and thus desperately need some financial backing to really get our website and concept out there. We have even had franchise requests, but due to our lack of finances are sadly unable to tackle such an opportunity right now.

Video is set to boom, especially now that our South African internet is set to improve dramatically due to the laying of the undersea fibre optic cables, of which one has already landed and another four are set to land within the next year.

All that we really need is some capital for above the line advertising and system improvements to give us a real boost and take our business to the next level which is to dominate the property advertising market.
