Description:
I. Executive summary
“The first thing is to find out everything everybody else knows, and then begin where they left off.” ~ Thomas Edison

Business Description
Red Beam Software focuses on designing strategies for small and medium size organizations with high-tech multi use components. Well to be frank, everybody is trying to sell this solution under many different labels (ERP, CRM, BI, BPM. etc). What’s unique in Red Beam’s implementation is in some cases these flexible platform components can serve as cash contributors instead of pure cost centers and can be accomplished for near zero out of pocket cost for the client with the right partnership arrangements. Additionally Red Beam can deliver a component no other provider has been able to deliver: The elusive “Must return customer”. Finally Red Beam supports the Local Business Community (LBC) by entwining it’s “Save communities buy local” outreach program.

Ownership and Management
Red Beam Software Inc. was established in 2001 and is registered as a Sub Chapter S corporation under the laws of the state of Colorado. Jose Saucedo and Mathew O’Donnell operate Red Beam Software. Both primarys have extensive experience in the areas of Software development products, business process procedures, web technology and enterprise business strategies. Red Beam employs Acosta tax and Accounting for financial services, which are both, located in Colorado Spring Colorado.

Key Initiatives and Objectives

Red Beam Software Inc. key initiatives and objectives are:

1, Build Red Beam’s partnership network to support the underlying components of the real time delivery architecture.
2.. Market a proprietary software and network design that delivers the unique market advertising campaign to benefit all participants.

The campaign strengths will target characteristics embodied in the American idealism:

1. Generosity
2. Community support
3. Reward the independent self-reliant spirit of small and medium local enterprise.

Marketing Opportunities
Small and medium size organizations are encouraged to establish relationships with the prospective clients using as many different adverting media channels as they can afford. While there has been significant progress in the development of push advertising, each marketing platform still struggles to capture real-time repeat customers. The latest tools vendors’ use is smart targeting technologies on the Internet and wireless mobile platforms. New forums developed on these platforms include, texting, social networks, blogs and Geo marketing. While these new forums provide unprecedented access to potential prospects only Geo Marketing has been able to turn a profit for the deploying architecture “ Geo targeting essentially attracts more number of customers or buyers than any other types of marketing”. (Geo targeting: How does it work? Karen Simpson Article Source: http://www.directorys.uniquearticles.info). Of course Geo marketing is dominated by the 800 lbs. guerrilla’s of the online advertising world. Social and bloging networks have yet to find a profitable revenue stream to support their delivery system. Yet these tools are the most cost effective technologies for a small and medium size organizations. The use of mobile web strategies and texting could be used to provide a platform to draw profits with the right advertising plan.

“However it should be kept in mind that the rapid change in the technology used by mobile advertisers can also have adverse effect to the number of consumers being reached by the mobile advertisements, due to technical limitations of their mobile devices. Because of that, campaigns that aim to achieve wide response or are targeting lower income groups might be better off relying on older, more widespread mobile advertising technologies, such as SMS.” (MedBib.com - Medicine & Nature)

Competitive Advantages

Red Beam Software has developed an enterprise marketing system that improves the advertising client’s access to their target market using a monthly charge service. Prospect’s will actively participate in advertising campaigns on a daily basis offered by local businesses. The underlying incentive is built around offering a multi-faceted service with access to clients who have needs, interests, and a declining revenue stream to deliver critical services.

This will be achieved by addressing product needs and interests of the client while simultaneously allowing the client to give support to the local community. This two for one approach is even more appealing in today’s declining revenue stream. The client receives the service they want while the community receives the support they need. Ultimately, supporting the community in turn benefits the client.

Marketing Strategy

Red Beam Software will garner its revenues from a monthly flat fee charge designed to target every participant implementing the portable advertising delivery system. It will target those businesses in the local community who are expending advertising dollars off line. Usually costing $1000.00 or more per campaign Red Beam’s real-time delivery campaign will have a tiered charge structure ranging from $10.00 to $100.00. Red Beam Software will provide details of how it will promote its services once a Non-Disclosure Non Compete agreement has been signed by the interested party.

Red Beam Software will initially deploy a direct sales marketing model to several local strategic partners in the Colorado Springs area. It will make use of online web conferencing to target additional markets in the United States. Strategic partners are compensated for each client who signs up to use Red Beam’s system. Sales leads will be generated by the Strategic partner’s client base local/national media coverage and an email marketing campaign. Additional networking opportunities will be created through membership in local associations, and possible attendance at tradeshows targeting selected population centers.

The Red Beam will have a well organized promotional website that is economical on bandwidth and will detail the services and solutions effectively Red Beam’s Web site objective is for visitors to register for the software advertising service, receive promotional updates, software updates and an online support forum. for updates to their service. Users will come away with a solid feel for the company and its capabilities in less than ten minutes.

Summary of Financial Projections

Revenue projections for fiscal year 2010 will be $160,000. The sales cycle is projected to begin to produce revenue in July 2010. $110,000 will be given back to the investor and $50,000 to the principles. Once the first partner is in place each partner is projected to yield $600,000-$1,000,000 yearly (500-700 users). Colorado Springs for example would have 7 partners generating $4,800,000 in year 2. The goal would be to have recruited 20 partners by year 3 with returns of $15,000,000 per year. This represents the largest partners in Colorado alone.
