We are a marketing and training organization. Since our inception in 1991 we have focused on video and film production, print based marketing and training development and instructor led training development. In recent years the emergence of the internet has created additional opportunities for the company for web based training development. Proceeds from this plan will be used to expand this core business by increasing its sales and marketing efforts, utilizing networking opportunities and by continuing to focus on cutting edge technology such as the use of Avatar on-line characters. The company is also expanding into the Direct to Consumer (“D2C”) commerce space. Additional proceeds raised from this plan will be used to develop products, services, and solutions for D2C marketing, specifically utilizing infomercials, a highly interactive internet presence including social networking as well as viral marketing, mobile marketing and consumer driven web communities.
