Seeking joint venture partner to invest 16 Million HKD to establish a manufacturing plant in Philippines for a floor cleaner and degreaser product. The floor cleaner and degreaser is more superb than any on the market in Asia today. Unlike any of the competitors this cleaner when applied will agitate and then suspend all soil, grease, and other contaminants, removing them from deep within all the pores, cracks of the floor surface so that they may be easily rinsed away. When used regularly it will leave the surface clean and residue free, and reducing the occurrence of slips with greatly improved traction. The cleaner and degreaser is 100% biodegradable. Therefore when sufficiently diluted and/or neutralized, daily cleaner and degreaser is rapidly converted to carbon dioxide and water in the environment.
All of our sales staff will receive a 3 day training course from International Board of Environmental Health and Safety (IBOEHS) to become Certified Floor Safety Technicians. It includes in-depth studies in floor safety, the physics of slips and trips, floor safety regulation, traction enhancement, maintaining a safe floor environment and marketing floor safety. This course is a must for anybody selling floor cleaning products. The International Board of Environmental Health and Safety, Inc (accredited USA safety certification registry agency).
We have numerous companies in the Philippines and China interested in our floor cleaner and degreaser. Many fast food restaurants are aware of their slippery floor problems and are looking for an inexpensive solution to there problem. We have the solution for them with our daily cleaner and degreaser and we will train their staff on how to properly maintain there floors for a safer working environment.
We will start with a manufacturing plant in or near the Manila area, as the demand grows we will also add a plant in Cebu area to serve the southern Philippines. This will help keep the costs down so that we may pass the savings on to our customers.
