Description:
We have invested in development, marketing, and establishing a new herbal liquor brand. Among the target markets for this product is the huge customer base of a very popular herbal liqueur sold throughout the US having a US sales volume of nearly 3 million cases annually, and which is a big seller in nightclubs and college campuses. Until development of our exclusive brand there has been no similar product offered to US liquor distributors. Our product is more competitively priced than the major national brand and, while the taste is nearly identical, many (if not most) customers prefer our product to that of the established brand.

Marketing alcoholic beverages is highly dependent on earning the respect of an effective network of regional distributors that have a strong sales force and good market penetration. Our product is now carried by some of America’s largest distributors and is sold in more than 15 states. Most of our distributors have exclusive regional rights to carry many of the major brands of spirits, which opens the door for them to sell our product to many potential customers.

Our wholesale revenue has reached $760,000 annually, and this level of success has been accomplished with only a very limited marketing/promotion budget. Our product is the only similar product being offered anywhere in the US.

We have developed a second brand (vodka and flavored vodkas) and have begun sales in the US. We currently have commitments from some of our distributors to launch our second brand this fall. Investment capital is now needed to expand and promote the business.
