My name is Debra, I live in beautiful Christina Lake, British Columbia. I am extremely fortunate to be rewarded with the opportunity of raising two amazing, loving, young children. I have spent my life thinkin’ & tinkerin’, redesigning & recreating, anything & everything. Over the years I have grown into a ferocious recycler, a self-proclaimed packaging critic, and a ‘green’ action advocate. My weaknesses include my tendencies to be a perfectionist, cautiously thorough, and excruciatingly determined. I am often critical. I tend to be talkative and am able to compromise. I am full of enthusiasm and optimism, and have a track record of being enormously resourceful & industrious. And, due to advanced listening skills this New Inventor & ‘Green’ Entrepreneur is inspired.
I aspire to create a well adjusted environmentally conscious corporation and corporate image, while challenging others to follow suit. As President of Debra’s Green Innovations Limited I intend to perform highly organized intelligent planning for the benefit of all kind. Focusing first, and foremost, on achieving salubrious environmental impacts, while providing Ultimate Efficiency & Absolute Effectiveness through the rendering of Premium Quality Services AND the creation & development of Distinctive Specialized Products. During the interim affording profitability for all individuals associated, whether one is an investor, a co-worker, a client or a subsequent consumer.
I am acutely eager to raise Seed and Working Capital of 1.4 to 6.4 million dollars (depending on marketing approach chosen & adopted) for…….
• Vital startup costs,
• & the pursuit of production & roll-out distribution of my first green product line.
In return an investor can anticipate a Return on Investment of60-80%, for a four year term, based on a % of Total Sales Collections (with principal & nearly half of total ROI returned by end of yr. 3)
This venture has my attention and direct focus, full time. I have contributed over $150,000 in personal investment hours toward my idea, invention design, research & development, and now the beginnings of a new corporate pursuit, since all this began. As well I have invested nearly $90,000 cash, so far, of which $31,600 is Equipment Capital (assembly line production equipment, mostly).
Debra’s Green Innovations is beginning with a product line directly associated strictly to the retail sector, comprised of three new products to assist cashier operations, whilst diminishing damaging ecological ramifications. Products to further assist in the elimination of this plague of plastic we face as a global nation. The first product of this particular product line is patent pending, with others to follow. My first product has been field tested and surveyed. I am in the process of obtaining head office sales referrals as well as soliciting other primary sales in my ‘first tier target market’. I received tremendous positive feedback as the result of distributing surveys, along with repeated suggestions leading to the start of product #2 for this same, first, product line. I have my Business Plan and Financial prepared and ready. As well, I have an entire assembly line & potential operators, ready and awaiting materials, and the foundation of an incredible website to inform visitors, and offer on-line product, drop ship product orders. With a little assistance Debra’s Green Innovations will change the world. Maybe not all at once, BUT, bit by bit one gadget at a time!
