Description:
We will be selling catering services, operating a cafe, and selling various art and crafts, gifts, and apples. This will be a multi-business operation. We have a well established and growing catering business. This will be the base of our operation and source for funding of some operational costs. We will be re-opening the cafe and gift shop with modifications and improvements. It has been closed for a little over five years. The purpose of this plan is to secure funding for the revitalization of this property, opening of the cafe and gift shop, expanding the catering business, and establishing goals and objectives for the future purchase of the property. We have a business plan available upon request.
