Industry : Travel & Leisure (Restaurant)

Of the total area 740 sq ft will be utilized to create a 5 star category kitchen, equipped to handle 100 pax restaurant serving “World Cuisine” (Indian, Oriental, Italian, Mexican and Lebanese).

The Restaurant is on two levels.

One level is enclosed while the other is “open” (terrace) (each level is about 3910 sq ft).
Enclosed Level : Fine-dine (with non-contemporary seating)
Open Level : Terrace Lounge (with water-bodies)

Company will be involved in providing hospitality and restaurant and bar services to it customers, it will be a fine-dine restaurant.
