I am looking for investors to start-up unique small brewery with own restaurant in the Trencin city. The brewery capacity should be 1 000 hl per year what belong to the small brewery category. The brewery is to be situated within own restaurant and is visible for all visitors where they will be guided into the secrets of beer brewering. The investment including the historical building directly in the city center; brewery technology and initial start-up finance. The estimated level of investement is around 800 000 EUR (around 1 000 000 USD).
