I am currently enrolling in a Wedding and Event Planning course online. I have a business idea to offer a wedding chapel like in Vegas, for couples to come and get married. We will also offer catering and transportation needs. I found a commercial building at the cost of $279,000 that actual is an old religious building that has a chapel. It has a big kitchen area to suit our catering needs. And enough parking for guests and our limos. This Chapel also has a stage and a reception area. There are changing rooms for the bride/grooms and wedding their party party. I would also have to invest in building a bar to offer guests drinks.
