Description:
My partner and I have opened a bed and breakfast, which will garner substantial business from an association with a high profile pga pro designed golf course which will break ground this year, possibly in the next couple months. The house/business is located 5 minutes from the golf course and would house all the players of the construction process for a 3 year period. We also rent the house on several vacation rental websites. The home is also a perfect venue for weddings, quinceaneros, business conventions, etc. At the moment, the tourist season has ended and we are not getting much traffic. The announcement of groundbreaking of the golf course project is behind schedule, but expected to commence this year, with funding from several investment groups, including a Mexican billionaire. We are looking for the right person to buy in to 33% of the business at a very reasonable $20,000. This funding will pay the overhead ahead many months and allow us breathing room until the golf project is announced and breaks ground. Check out our website to see what a unique and beautiful home this is and what a great low cost opportunity is presented. Besides being an investor, a great perk will be the personal use of the house when vacant. Please contact me for further details.
