Our firm is working on a Healthcare Project.

The Project's Principal Benefactor has received written approval to Trade-in $3 Billion in Long Term Bonds which will be used to fund the Project. Final Trade-in Contract on the Bonds is expected Mid-September 2010 and 1st Cash Disbursement from the Trade-in is expected Mid-October 2010.

As such, Project's Principal Benefactor is seeking the following:

1. $350,000 for minimum infrastructure to process the proceeds from the Trade-in... i.e. Legal Fees, Set-Up of Trust Accounts, and other expenses.

Project's Principal Benefactor is offering the following in exchange for the $350,000:

1. 10 x Principal.

2. Principal and ROI Paid In Full NLT 01/31/2011.

3. All Key contacts and Documents for Due Diligence will be provided to Principals Only!
