I (Mark Pospicil) am fortunate to have come across an incredibly promising venture opportunity. I have already become established in this venture opportunity. The commerce in which this venture exist has been exponentially growing over the last five years, or so. As I write this, the popularity of this market place is steadily increasing. I forecast, though, within a few years the opportunists within this market place will be at such a number that the once exponential climb will quickly plateau into a highly competitive market place. Highly regulated and enforced guidelines designated by the general public will further restrict any rapid growth in this commerce.

I am steadily growing my business in a healthy manner. However, I feel there’s an opportunity at hand to increase the rate of this growth with the help of outside financial assistance. Within a year or two I will have generated satisfactory capital gain without the help of any outside financial assistance. With the financial assistance from an outside investor, my 2010 business growth could potentially be equivalent to that of my 2011 business growth (without outside financial assistance).
