Description:
I have a small business that works entirely on Cardiopulmonary medicine. I provide PFT testing for doctors in my area and are in desperate need of a new PFT machine. Most machines are in excess of cost of $3000 and since I am just starting I don't have the funds to purchase the machine.

Currently I handle 40 PT per month due to the machine I currently have but if I am able to obtain a new machine I can handle a total of 240 per month at a rate of 40 dollars per pt will provide a total gross income of around $9600 minus cost will give a Net income of around $8500 per month.

If interested I can pay the loan off in 3 months with a return of 45% of the initial investment and I am willing to consider a future return over a 1 year period for the financing.
