Description:
Many years and considerable financial investments have brought me to this point: “Three months from a national launch”. The business model is centered on a multiplicity of professional home builders, a huge market, sophisticated proprietary software, take out financial institutions in place with US government backing, and a nationwide network that will continue to grow exponentially.
In a normal marketplace the business model is nearly self funding. Not so in the marketplace that is out there today and will be there for a while longer. Therefore, the need is for a small investment; and during ramp up, a guarantee (or percentage guarantee) on a series of promissory notes. Business Model and a five year Operational and Financial Projection are available subsequent to NDA being in place.
