Description:
I am looking for a silent investor who will invest in 3 projects that I have in mind.

The first is the construction of a 7 to 10 story condo building with commercial stores on the main floor. We are looking at about 28 to 40 condos and about 5 to 7 commercial stores for rent! I am willing to make all the arrangements on contractors, permits and rental or purchase of units ( what you desire as the investor ). As for my gift, you can offer me what you want as soon as all the job is done. The only thing I ask on top of what you offer me is to have one unit ( penthouse for myself ) and to share 50/50 on the commercial stores rent per month.

The second project that I would like to open is a hign end retail store that will sell all hign end quality clothes and accessories. We would sell brands like Nike, Lacoste, Perri Ellis, Nautica, Gucci, Coach, Louis Vitton, Tommy Hilfinger, Boss, Armani, Channel, Rolex, Tag Hauer, etc..... I would do all the planning and purchasing of all products from the suppliers. I ask for my compensation to own 25 to 40% of the store and for you to offer me an annual salary of your choice.

The last project that I would like to be able to try and accomplish is to build a sport complex in Laval. Hockey is one of the most popular sports in Montreal and we do not have many arenas around. The ones we do have are fully packed all year round. With the proper management and people this project can be the most profitable. I ask to have a 30 to 40% share and an annual salary to be in charge of it for you the investor. We would put 3 to 4 hockey arenas, with resteraunts, stores, etc.... A fitness center can also be put into it as well.

Thank you !!!!
