We are a motion picture production company that produces mainstream, commercial theatrical films...We are seeking motion picture financing for a slate of 8 feature films....

I have been in the entertainment industry for over 20 years and am very easy to do due diligence on...I have a track record of numerous commercial motion pictures that range from low budget independent films to big budget studio films of which I've NEVER made less than 250% ROI for any of my past investors...In some cases, I've made my investors over 750% ROI...My track record and full business plan is available upon request...

My company has put together a slate of eight main stream motion pictures with budgets ranging from $9 million to $30 million...The slate offers a wide variety of genres from action adventure, to supernatural comedy to dramas etc...The slate covers a 4 year period (2 films to be produced a year) and is valued at $150 million...

We tend to look at our full slate as something like a menu...You can order the whole package, or pick and choose individual projects listed as each project is fully packaged and available individually...

A thorough Executive Summary (Business Plan) is available for serious inquiries only and as this contains confidential materials, an NCD would have to be signed prior to us sending it to you...

Finder's fees (if any) are based on securing financing and vary depending upon the amount secured...If financing for only one or two projects is secured through your source, than applicable finders fees of anywhere from 1% to 5% would be paid pending which projects are chosen and which budgets are utilized...

We do NOT pay any kind of upfront fees for any amount...We are highly experienced individuals in the entertainment industry and hopefully we can work together soon...
