The Bottom Line: Internet & Television
1. It is no coincidence that while we are in a serious recession, the demand for and creation of new media has gone up exponentially.
2. After the Great Depression Hollywood entered its golden age. Dot TV is globally recognized, synonymous with Television, and has entered a similar time.
3. The number of handheld gadgets that access the Internet has gone up significantly. The cost of these gadgets has gone down dramatically.
4. Individuals can already access the Internet through popular Gaming systems (Sony Playstation, Wii, X-Box, etc.). Sometime this year, ALL traditional televisions are going to have web browsers making access to the Internet through a TV commonplace.
5. The transition to Digital Broadcasting TV Signals has already begun and will be complete. (*This is extremely significant)
6. This means people are going to be able to sit on the couch and turn on the television and watch types of programs ranging from Traditional Television/Cable Broadcasters to Dot TV Channels (.tv domain extensions) and Interactive Internet Television Broadcasters.
7. Print newspapers are dying. Yet, Internet Television Broadcasters are being developed at a record pace. People have been getting their information/news from different online sources (i.e. blogs, social networks, etc.) for sometime. Video has always been the most engaging, entertaining, and demanded form of web content.
8. The death of the computer is near. The main reason we buy a computer is to install programs and use them. Websites are becoming sophisticated pieces of software and programs. Individuals with any variety of technological gadgets utilize audio/visual editing software, spreadsheets, virtual offices, word processors, and just about any “program” you can imagine with Internet access. It is not unheard of to even develop websites from hand-held gadgets.
9. Hence, a NEW definition of a computer: any device capable of accessing and surfing the web.
10. Technology experts today are operating with tunnel vision: they can’t see beyond their own field—their own agendas.
11. All of the technologies are converging; software, Internet, hardware, social networking platforms, television, media all are melding together----------And users demand everything.
12. Today, a 14 year old kid can build a better website than a Fortune 500 company; corporations are not technology experts. In order to survive in this “new age” corporations will have to develop sophisticated Global Web Presences. Without developing a system of Search Engine Optimized websites compatible across Internet Browsers and technological devices, corporations will be unable to meet user expectations as well as close off many available markets.

The Absolute Bottom Line For OUR COMPANY and an Investor:

1. New platforms – new trends are just that—a dime a dozen. We have the opportunity to create the Standard platform across over 800 .tv domains. Each Dot TV will be unique; but they will all deliver and meet the same expectations.
2. WE can make what .tv will be recognized as. Because of Sony, everyone knows the triangle symbol on a remote means “play” and the square means “stop.” We can create the standard through utilizing the most valuable portfolio of .tv domains ever assembled.
3. The .tv’s are going to make a lot of money from a variety of different avenues.
1) All traditional existing Internet advertisement mediums or forms
2) All traditional existing Television advertising forms and models
4. We can do everything that current websites do, everything current Traditional Television Broadcasters do, and we can do much more
-develop geographic specific content
-allow users to incorporate all their social networks that they know and love into the .tv channel
-make it possible for people to immediately find and share content they want to
5. We have the opportunity to build the future of Television today. Television will be interactive; compatible across browsers, platforms, and devices; logically structured; and Search Engine Optimized
6. The Internet is becoming more semantic; it is starting to understand context as well as content. Human search engines and different ways of organizing/sharing information exist. (The recent Twitter, Digg, and Stumble crazes are an example.)
7. By using language like URLs within our Dot TV Global Web Presence Framework we are making video/television broadcasting Free, Immediate, and Accessible whereas before it was not.
8. Currently YouTube is the only place on the web where you can find any type of video you want with ease. It is very much a “website” and not a .tv channel. (Hulu.com is more of the same with a fraction of the video content and users.)
9. Thus far WE have defined, created, and pioneered this industry. Only WE have the necessary tangible assets to make the Dot TV industry truly come to life.
10. The Internet can finally be used as it was intended to be utilized-to share, create, and exchange information. The free flow of information can be realized through our Dot TVs and Global Web Presence Solutions.

We have been around since April of 2006. With a premium investment opportunity we can launch our Dot TV portfolio and begin generating hundreds of millions of dollars.
