e-Venture is an web application development company which started in May 2000 and has grown to a company with 8 employees and many customers. We have created and refined our processes/procedures to streamline operations to become a duplicatable business.

To grow e-Venture, several products have been created; some of are purely software offerings and others include hardware.

e-Venture developed a product called WiFlyer™, a patent-pending product, allowing real estate agents to create a Wi-Fi hot-spot around a property for sale. This hot-spot is not connected to the Internet but provides information for the home such as virtual tours, images, MLS data, covenants, etc, an electronic version of the flyer box.

WiFlyer™ was presented at the Nat’l Assn of Realtors convention in Las Vegas and was well-received by agents and brokers. We have beta-tested the product and are ready for a larger marketing effort. We currently have 3 distributors/salespeople ready to promote in several states.

Our goal for WiFlyer™ is to distribute the product nationally for two years and then introduce it to the international market.

We are seeking equity funding in $30,000 increments to market WiFlyer™ nationally.
