1) A company is offering potential franchisees the opportunity to acquire a mobile franchise that specializes in on-site washing of commercial vehicles such as UPS, USPS, Pepsi Cola, Federal Express, just to name a few. The franchisor acquire all accounts for the franchisee. This is a B2B business venture. The cost to buy the business is $93,000, which includes everything, truck included.

2) The second business opportunity was presented to me by a Pizza Sports Bar and Pub. The cost to buy the business is $290,000. It is already established, profitable and have managers already in place. The current owner is seeking to sell as soon as possible.

total to acquire both businesses is $383,000, which is the amount of capital I am in need of. I am willing to sign a promissory note if I have to in order to obtain this particular amount of capital to buy these two profitable businesses before they are sold.
