Description:
Seek equity investor. Seeking to purchase and open an initial franchise with a weight loss management and anti-aging company called InShape MD, with subsequent plans to open multiple regional units. Scalability of professional management is the key to success and the systems are already in place. This franchise company addresses a dramatically growing obesity epidemic and a growing cohort of aging adults seeking our services. With 24 years of medical and healthcare business experience, and my own insight gained from a personal battle with obesity, I am uniquely qualified to operate and grow this model after reviewing all franchise systems available in this arena. Seek an equity partner to supply capital as I invest my time and efforts in growing this cash-based business in an energetic marketplace. Demographics in the SEPA region are ideal for development of a multi-unit franchise operation
I need a Capital Investor business partner who will accept 15% ownership of the LLC. This individual will need FICO credit score of over 700 and a clean credit history at least 12 years aged.
The operating agreement will be written with protections that see that the business line of credit for $300k which the Capital Investor guarantees for the LLC be paid back FIRST. After that time the investor has no risk and continues to earn 15% of profits in perpetuity with no efforts or involvement in the day-to-day business. With an average expected earnings of $496,000 in the first 3 years, the franchise should pay off and release the Capital Investor of any libility within about two years. Profits to them would range in the $75,000/year range thereafter and grow as we add additional units.
Our business plan and the LLC Operating agreement will back that up.
