Our Company is established in Bangalore, India and involved into Real Estate Development and Land development Promotion.
We focus on buying new prime large bare agricultural land in the city and developing it into either agricultural smaller size developments or into residential developments where conversion permits are granted by Government

We are actually in the presence of a very interesting opportunity consisting of a prime residential land of one million m2 which has the great potential of being developed into a Gated / Secured residential development

The total cost of investment would be in the region of USD 2.5 million. Return on investment and after all taxes in the region of 30 % after 24 months
