Description:
We are a new young women's high street fashion retailer. We will stock a large range of clothing from worldwide sources, that are unavailable locally. Once we have a good relationship with our suppliers we plan to have our own clothing brand. We will operate from our store front & website. We plan to expand and have further retail shops in other towns by year 5.
I have worked in retail my whole life and have had previous successful businesses in a different trade. I have 3 years experience in fashion. With these combined I believe I can make a successful new brand. We will also have a fully trained team of advisors. They will be trained in customer service, merchandising, fashion design & will be kept up to date with the latest fashion trends.
We have found a retail store front, which benefits from being in the main high street. It has two sales floors with possibility of expanding to a further third floor. The rent on this property is extremely reasonable and is available now.
Full details on shop, full business plan & breakdown of costs are available on request.
The investment is required to fund:
Shop Rent & Rates for one year upfront
Shop Equipment & Stock
Other Start up fees (available on request)
We are offering 30% of our company for £70,000 investment.
Our projected sales are expected to reach over £200-250,000 by year 3. With a net profit of around £50,000+
