Description:
I need initial investment to buy small, run down or foreclosed homes. Looking for 250000 to buy and fund remodels on at least 2 small homes and lots. I have a construction company that is ready to work with me for less than any competitors. With new home buyer perks and the economy on the rebound, this is sure to make good profits. I will find homes, schedual construction, and oversee progress. If the investor is apprehensive, I will start with 1 small home investment. The result will surely ease any doubts.
