Description:
We are a successful business, selling antique furniture, reproduction antiques, including the chesterfield sofa, as well as restoring many items of furniture. We sell through ebay, and our website, as well as our branch in constt. On average we have sales in the reqion of £40000 per month, and are looking to turn over half a million this financial year. Last financial year, we made a profit of over £23000. However, we are in a slight predicament. Initially, we leased our unit with the view to buy, forcing us to accept an inital rental fee, which rises periodically over the years. The global financial turndown was a large factor in our purchase ambitions. Our rent is now exceeding well above the worth of the rental. Our lease dictates, unless we purchase the unit (at an already agreed sum), we will be forced to pay around £8000 more, each year. If we can raise the capital to fund the deposit on the unit (£60,000), we will save thousands each year, creating an ever more profitable business. We are looking for an interest-based loan (lump sum repayable in full after 5 years), though we would be keen on an investor assisting, bringing their investment and skills to forward our goals. All terms are negotiable.
