Description:
Broadband Internet access services for individual and corporate users are one of the fastest growing segments of the telecommunications market in Russia. The approximate size of the services market in Russia is $ 425 millions, by the end of 2007. One of the most promising regions for the development of WiMAX network is the Northwest Federal District: today's proposal of the services of wire line and wireless communications is not enough to meet the needs of the highly increased number of users, and existing communication operators are unable to update, opportunely and fully, the technological base and expand the range of services.

We have a pleasure to introduce an INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES IN THE BROADBAND ACCESS SEGMENT (WiMAX). Capital expenditure of capital investments in the amount of $ 6 million in the first two years of the project can guarantee, by 2012, the annual revenue of $ 16 million and the annual net profit of $ 6 million. With all this going on this project will be fully repaid to 2012. It is planed that our WiMax network expands to St. Petersburg market and that will increase an annual profit by $ 30 million in 2012, and the annual net profit - by $ 15 million.

PROPOSED TRANSACTION

In the short and long term, the owners of the company and its management see significant potential of growth for the market as a whole, as well as for the company and its market share. The company has all the chances to take advantage of these opportunities of growth. The potential financial and / or strategic investor is proposed to buy from 25 to 49% of the company's stocks.
