Description:
We are a construction company registered in Mexico with 51 % American ownership. We specialize in the subdivision and development of medium sized lots in the greater Tijuana/Rosarita area.
We are able to build in a very short time and our pre-tax profit margin is 80 - 120%. We have a reliable and capable sales force in place with lists of qualified buyers.
We would very much like to be able to take our projects to the next level and need a capital infusion of at least $250,000 to do so.
