The development will be done on phased basis and will be developed as a themed villa style resort with a championship golf course, equestrian centre, shopping mall, beach cottages, marina and nature and Historical trails. We will will also develop a state-of-the-art entertainment complex with conference facilities. We will also seek to take advantage of all business opportunities related to tourism in Jamaica. The development will be done in three phases.

The resort facility will be constructed on 460 acres and the site is located in the sub-urban area of Montego Bay Jamaica, just ten (10) minutes from down town and fifteen (15) minutes from the international airport. The development will take place in three phases and The Developers are seeking development partners and investors to undertake any or all phases of the development.

The villas will be uniquely Jamaican and will be designed based on tradition colonial architecture style with stones and wood taking into account the many vistas. Approximately 60% will be sold to private individuals, but they will be required to lease them back to the resort which will be a part of the overall resort facility. 40% of the villas will be built as exclusive homes of no less that 5000 square feet, equipped with swimming pools, Jacuzzis and tennis courts. These homes will be on no less than one acre and will intersperse within the golf course. The homes will be equipped with state-of-the-art security monitoring systems hooked up to a central security station located on the property.
