Description:
Our company needs to raise 3.2 mil to purchase a marina. The funding will be backed by the current marina that shows a 8% cap rate. Our business plan calls for reconstruction of the marina to accomodate large yatchs in the 60 to 80ft range. Sales are underway with 25 slips spoken for.
