We are a Northeast based glass and metal manufacturing & fabrication company. We have been in this industry since 1992 and have sustained excellent growth even in this down economy. We have a number of niche products such as laminated glass, painted glass, switchable glass in addition to regular heavy glass products that we offer.

We have the ability to take this company to the next level to expand its growth potential further. In order to do so we require the necessary cash flow, monies to purchase additional equipment and expand our ability to promote our product line.

We not only seek the financial investment we are also looking for someone that is interested in sharing their ideas and knowledge.

We are open to discussing various investment options to make this a positive experience for both the investor and us.
