I am looking for help to start a business i work as a Bed & Breakfast manager but would like to own a hotel
I have found a property that would be perfect as it was a going concern last year it is now being sold as bricks and mortar
the cost is £500,000 i would be looking to pay back double the investment over 10 ten years
Ps i have worked in hotel management for 10years so have experience in trade.
