Description:
I was just wondering if someone would be interested in an Equityshare in a hotel. I have been looking around on sites to try to find funds with not much luck I have a very good plan it just needs someone to hear it and see the building i am sure they would run to the vault to help. The property is being sold a bricks and morter (no trade) it is £200,000 pounds less than hotels on the same street, but this hotel can be so much more. Its a touch of class on the street thats just been left (family problems and just has to go)
Just by trading again for 3 years and mataining the building the propety would rise by £200,000 alone.plus you would get a mothly income and a profit share shorly a better deal than a house. investment needed would be £70,000-£100,000
but the return would be much higher plus I would be looking to buy you out within 5 years.
Ps I have been a hotel manager for around 10 years in past, At present I manage a 6 room bed and breakfast alone. 3 years of records showing 120k turnover (well managed hotels average 40% profits this has not been trading for a year hence so good price.
Lets give it a new life
I love the lifestyle and the people I meet every day , I KNOW I can bring the life back to this charming hotel help me please.
