Specialist boutique asset manager seeks an investor (£200k) in the management company to enable us to launch our first private equity style investment fund focused on farmland managed organically/ecologically.
We are the only asset manager offering the opportunity to invest in farmland managed organcially to UK and European institutions and HNWI's and the only offering to US investors for non US farmland managed organically.
The fund aims to generate fees and carry of 2% & 20% on capital raised of £50m.
