Description:
I am seeking a short-term business loan (60-90 days) for $100K, to be deposited in an attorney's escrow account, to allow my start up company to enter a large deal for funding. A bank financial instrument will be purchased with these funds to open a Line of Credit at HSBC. We are in possession of the funder's "Letter of Guaranteed Funding."
