Description: Our concept restaurant is a 1,500-s.f. eat-in or carry out facility with a double drive-thru. About Our Business: We have developed a system that exponentially decreases the amount of time required to cook a pizza.  With this system we plan to open and operate multiple drive-thru pizza shops.  We are currently operating a traditional shop (no drive-thru) utilizing the systems we plan to employ at our drive-thru. With our system, we are able to cook a pizza in under 2-minutes.  This enables us to have deliveries to customers’ homes in 10-minutes or less.  It is truly mind blowing!  Rarely does a day go by when we don't have someone tell us that ours is the best pizza they've ever had. We expect to open 3 stores ASAP and to offer our FDD (Federal Disclosure Document) within 9-months of the first double drive-thru location opening. * We have had numerous franchise requests, including a large, established Area Developer of an internationally known brand.  10 serious Area Developer/Master Franchisee inquiries are in hand.  Brief summary OF TOWN HOUSE PROJECT GIPSON & Co-Ventures Corporation (also known as GIPSON & Co.), is the real estate development division of AGIO Pizza, Inc.  We have achieved 21 of 23 real estate entitlements (like permits) to build either, 157-unit residential townhouse development (known as &ldquoAcross Creek TownHomes” = ACT) on 25-acres (we currently own 23.264-acres), or, 114-unit tri-plex development (known as AGIO Condos Tuscano = ACT) subject to a language change of as few as 5-7 words in a 27-year old ordinance of the Municipality of Bethel Park, Allegheny County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.  To accomplish this we seek funding to construct it.  Construction starts CY2009, Q1 {subject to Municipal final approval at a public hearing after all engineering.
