Description:
We have a commercial Independent Film with Oscar Winner Richard Dreyfuss & Twilight's Jackson Rathbone (recently topped US box office on 2 films grossing over $400m.). 70% financed, with distribution to Wal-Mart chains across US, strong foreign sales projections and a first look deal with Samuel Goldwyn.

We are offering in return:
- 115% of the investment back
- 31% share of 100% net profits
Exec producer credits, invites to the premiere, a chance to participate in the production process

We are writing regarding an investment opportunity on the feature film, a different kind of movie which presents a fresh, funny and very moving look at love in the 21st Century and the often needless complexities society puts on that word.

The film explores love across cultures and generations when a 60 year old Jewish widower falls for his son’s 30 something Indian girlfriend and his 19 year old son becomes smitten with an older pregnant girl. The film has a fine cast ensemble including Richard Dreyfuss, US hearthrob's Adam Brody, Twilight’s Jackson Rathbone, Juliette Lewis, Selma Blair, Nazneen Contractor and Shohreh Aghdhashloo.

In a world where the emphasis is on youth and beauty, this movie celebrates substance, wisdom and the treasures of the heart. Richard Dreyfuss is an unlikely romantic hero, 60, balding and a widower yet his charisma and wisdom are more appealing to Lakshmi than his heartthrob son played by The OC’s Adam Brody. It’s time we started moving away from stereotypes and start telling stories about real people.

We have a first look deal with Samuel Goldwyn and foreign sales projections of $3m. Based on the 60/40 domestic/International ratio, an additional US projection of $4.54m thus sales estimates totallling $7.54m. The film also has guaranteed home distribution to Wal Mart chains in States. We are in discussions with Bloomingdales to sponsor through Brand In Entertainment, one of the leading product integration agencies in US.

The movie is being financed by Manitoba and Canadian tax rebates, a post production deal with Prime Focus, Magna Film (Hellraiser franchise) and product placement deals. We are seeking $2.2m of a $6.7m budget. Therefore with the sales estimates in place, the US and CDN markets ratio projections and growing number of sponsors, investors would feel very well protected in their investment.
