I need a 450,000$ partner to start our companys Kusadasi project which will have 20 ultra luxury detached villas with own pool and each priced a min. of 240,000$.

The land is $900K and i'm looking for a land partner %50,%50.
Its 11210sqm and its on a suberb location.

I can send details to those who will be interested , the total size of the project is $4.8mil. which we will be also %50 %50 profit parnters.

Do not miss this oppornity as im keeping this land since very long years and now its allready got luxury complexes around it nothing is left comparable to our land, i own 70% of the land and now its the exact time to purchase the rest of it while the crisis continues, any one who will invest with me and become my partner will own 50% of the land as a financial guarantee.
